Tyler in Service just did a great job of getting me taken care of. Been in business with BMW of Okemos for eight years—I own two BMWs now—and they are just superb. They tell the customer what's needed, get it done perfectly, and answer any questions or concerns. It's a nice experience too to go in for the car, find out they reduced the price, and then drive off in an interior that's been carefully cleaned up and detailed. The best auto dealership I've ever worked with, by far.
