Carter was very kind and attentive and updated me on all that was going on. I didn’t see the team working on the recall but I appreciate their time and effort. Thank you also to the gentleman who offered me ride home instead of waiting at the dealership. He was very kind and polite. Keep Carter and the latter gentleman because they make a difference and have a good sense of human.

9.5.25 Needed annual oil change and brake flush on my BMW i3. Service desk scheduled an appointment within 2 days. The technicians had my vehicle ready in a few hours. Ran it through the car wash to clean her up. Thanks Serra! - CJ
My favorite car services, excellent work and great customer service. My BMWX5 Hybrid went for maintenance, they provided a video for the service and recommendations. A loner and pickup service are provided for Midland MI.
