I’m extremely disappointed with my recent service experience at BMW of Norwood. I brought in my 2024 BMW X4 with approximately 28,000 miles, which is still within the factory warranty period, because I was repeatedly receiving a parking sensor warning. BMW diagnosed a failed front parking sensor but determined it was caused by a “stone impact” based on a very small mark on the sensor, and therefore would not cover it under warranty. I got to say Teresa is the girl bmw would be stupied to get rid of her try anything to keep her she is amazing an cares about people and their feelings like she was amazing like keep up with your smile because sure did brighten up the day i had i truly appreciate you girl so much more then you would EVER KNOW WAY TO GO KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.. BUT WITHOUT HER DONT KNOW WHAT I WOULD RATE BMW BUT SHE DEFINITELY GOT YALL A 5 STAR
