I got to say Teresa is the girl bmw would be stupied to get rid of her try anything to keep her she is amazing an cares about people and their feelings like she was amazing like keep up with your smile because sure did brighten up the day i had i truly appreciate you girl so much more then you would EVER KNOW WAY TO GO KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.. BUT WITHOUT HER DONT KNOW WHAT I WOULD RATE BMW BUT SHE DEFINITELY GOT YALL A 5 STAR
Teresa is an amazing service center manager. She prides herself in what she does and that is providing excellent customer service and always being honest and fair. I legit love the service center because she and her staff make it so welcoming. Carlos was great today as well, offering a friendly intake and also even tried to help me fix my car play by entering my vehicle and working on it. I give them a five-star rating and will continue to tell everyone what a great service center they are!
I do not trust this shop. They consistently add made up problem to fix at an inflated price.
I’ve been getting my BMW serviced here for several years and was left very disappointed with a multi point inspection that I paid for recently. I needed to get the car checked out due to some steering irregularities and mentioned to them my assumption it was likely an alignment issue. after paying $120 for the inspection, which took only 20 minutes, their recommendations didn’t seem detailed or helpful. for example, they didn’t measure the toe.
