I've had an incredible experience with Jayme the last few times I've come to get my car serviced. She's extremely friendly and helpful, and makes me feel valued as a customer. She's very straightforward when it comes to my car, and I appreciate her honesty and transparency.

Brought our Mini Cooper, which we bought used from them, in for warranty service. Chantelle was very friendly and got us an appointment quickly. Dropped it off in the morning, they arranged a Lyft ride at no cost. Stan and Alex were also great communicating on the repair and pointing out that as part of their safety inspection that the front tires were damaged. Alex confirmed that, because they were new, the tires were covered under warranty (saving us at least $500) and were replaced at no cost. Overall a great experience b... read more

5 hours for an oil change/state inspection lost my business with BMW Norwood. It is usually a 1 1/2 hour - 2 hours wait for an oil charge (with appointment). I was also talked into signing up for a 3-year oil change program in 5 seconds. I changed my mind after 4 hours of waiting and asked for it to be cancelled. Upon checkout I was asked to sign off that I agreed to the program. Luckily, I caught that and asked a second time for it to be cancelled.
