I just had the most horrible experience at this dealership service department with this guy Brad Crochran. After checking me in, he informed me that I did not have an appointment at either of the local dealerships. After showing him on my phone the dealership’s notification that I did have an appointment at 9:00 AM, he said I did not have a loaner scheduled. ZERO stars. BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a 2018 BMW 430i CERTIFIED PREOWNED w/ 18K miles with dealer and manufacturer warranty. Within the first week and then month the car was back to the dealer 3-4 times for computer issues. On September 18th, we were headed on a 100 mile drive. At some point on the road the car dropped to 50 mph so I pulled off the road and told my wife "here we go again with the computer." I have been a BMW customer for 20 years and currently own a 2020 X5. It is the 4th X5 that I bought and I love this car but 3 months ago I hit a deer and I have been very disappointed with how long it takes to get parts. It's getting to the point where I may never buy another car from BMW.
