BMW of Newport is horrible! They would not honor my contract with BMW on my new 430x drive coupe. I have 9700 Miles and they would not conduct my free oil change that was due at 10,000 miles due to me paying for an oil change at 5,000. I do this on all my cars and Toyota honored my oil changes at both 10k and 20k.. They cared less that I paid for one at 5K. JD
