There has been one person who I can hail as amazing in terms of customer service. Reggie over in the service department has been nothing short of amazing. Any problem I had, any concern I had, he was right there with an answer or solution to assist me. Words cannot describe the type of professionalism Reggie has.
I purchased a used 2007 BMW 530i 10 years ago, and have always used BMW Nashville and Cool Springs for service. The inside driver door release handle broke on April 25, 2025. I took the car for service. The part needed is backordered, and I was told the wait might be extended. I paid for the part ($180-and of course the install labor will be substantially more.) I never heard another word. On July 31, I called the service advisor on the case, who at first could not find the order, but eventually told me he needed to check wi... read more
