I’ve visited the BMW location on Armory a couple of times. In my opinion the service department is lack luster, I gave my advisor the benefit of the doubt the first initial visit on his lackadaisical demeanor. I’ve arrived back to chalking it up to what I felt the first visit. This review is solely to explain how it seemed every time I went there for an oil change, critical repairs were always the end result. I've been here several times for oil chsnges when visiting Nashville but I won't go back. Their new phone interface is impersonal and tries to trick you into authorizing optional services. Watch out what you e sign!!! You'll have a bigger bill than you thought. How about the service advisor getting off his butt and talking to the customer gave to face? BMW dealers are usually great with personal service. This is just a money grab.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service we received at BMW of Nashville, specifically from Jeremiah Love in the service department. My wife and I brought our BMW in for service and recall repairs, and the experience was far below what we have come to expect from a BMW dealership. During the visit, Jeremiah Love was rude and dismissive toward my wife, and his attitude came across as very unprofessional. Have been coming to BMW of Nashville and working with J.B Harrison in service. Can’t say enough about his professional and above and beyond attention to his clients. Recently came in with an unexpected flat tire at the end of the day and he worked it into service to have it changed out through my warranty with such ease and swiftness even though it was the end of the day.
