I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service we received at BMW of Nashville, specifically from Jeremiah Love in the service department. My wife and I brought our BMW in for service and recall repairs, and the experience was far below what we have come to expect from a BMW dealership. Have been coming to BMW of Nashville and working with J.B Harrison in service. Can’t say enough about his professional and above and beyond attention to his clients. Recently came in with an unexpected flat tire at the end of the day and he worked it into service to have it changed out through my warranty with such ease and swiftness even though it was the end of the day. We recently took our X5 to BMW of Nashville Armory Dr. for service.
