Service writers are great. Listen to the problem and dont really upsale. Area is clean and air-conditioned. Unlike other service appointment your veh is serviced promptly not just placed in queue and waiting a day or two for it to be seen. BMW has been great with standing behind their vehicles as well. Went in w an issue just after the warranty expired and they worked w me w/out me even asking for it. Really cant say enough about their service department. Wow the service I received from BMW Murrieta and Travis Hardy was above and beyond amazing. Fast in and out service. Travis was very quick and responsive in letting me know what was done and need to be done on my 650.
