Today I brought in two vehicles for service. One had a recall, and the other was due for some basic maintenance items. I worked with two advisors Zim, and Christian. Both did an exceptional job with their communication, while also accommodating our schedules. The technician Nick provided a great walk around video highlighting the overall condition of the consumables. I appreciate their effort. Thank you!
Do yourself a favor and avoid this service department at all costs. Go to Anything Auto in Springville. I have a 2016 BMW X1 that was leaking coolant. Had it towed to the dealership and upon walking in as a woman by myself, I felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously by Jan, who checked me in for my appointment. I explained what was going on, and a few hours later after they did a pressure test I got the diagnosis for my car. It was good, I bought a 2011 and it had some recalls and they got it handled. It was a bit of a cercus because of the circumstances, it was longer to fix then we assumed and the car had to sit the night. My situation, I'd give 3 Stars. But as for the people and bmw themselves 5 start, treated me great, helping me with anything I needed. And respected when I decided other repairs.
