Just relocated from Florida, and had a tire issue with my BMW. I worked with Zimran who was hands down, incredibly helpful, organized, knowledgeable and resolved every issue expediently and with professional care. I was in and out in no time and got an oil change, brake fluid flush, and a new tire that was under warranty. Thank you for everything and I will be back!
I went into my recent visit with the expectation that everything will go quickly and smoothly considering I was there for an oil change and I had pre-booked the appt about a month prior. Upon check in, I'm told that it'll be 1.5 hours, maybe 2 hours. Great, that's what I expected. The issues came when, over 2 hours in, my advisor came to let me know that my oil change is done but that my water pump is leaking and must be replaced due to the car not being drivable if it's not replaced. I wanted to leave a review today specifically for Carlos in the detailing department! My daughter collects stickers and likes to put them on the car. They've been removed in the past, which always made her so sad. We left a sticky note this time asking for them to be left when the car was detailed. Not only did they get left, but the rest of the car is immaculate! I'm so grateful for the careful consideration of the team, and the fact that they don't mind taking care to avoid a few stickers.
