Schedule appointment for 10 am for recall was told they were also going to do a computer upgrade. Was given a loaner call told probably early afternoon. Returned at 200 not ready okay may be a little longer. 330 told 30 to 45 minutes more for computer upgrade. It is now 445 still not done. Outcome to follow.

After seeing a viral TikTok of a tech getting "in trouble" for the things he did...... I support him and this dealer. This is a prime example of customers have changed the way they act since covid. This was a bone stock with an exhaust BMW with high interest. The techs statement was true. BUT, ALSO AN OPINION! Don't lose a good tech over a customer who only came for a recall and never will give any benefit or revenue to your dealer. stay great 5 stars.

As the Dean of a business school, I don't make accusations lightly, but this program is highly misleading. Most modern vehicles never reach the mileage limits required to fully benefit from the package, making it far less valuable than advertised. When my BMW X5's engine oil warning light came on, my husband called ahead, explained the situation, and scheduled an appointment specifically for an oil change. My daughter’s 2022BMW X3’s VTG CONTROLLER FAILED.  This control la numerous safety features in the car.  This is our families third bmw. This car was barely four years old with 50,000 miles.  The repair was over $3,000.  We asked the service department if BMW NA could provide any assistance since this part should not be failing.  The service department said that since we had transferred title to our daughter and she wasn’t the original owner.
