Brought my X5 in for an oil change and not only did they finish and hour earlier that what was told to me but they also did an inspection and filled all fluids. they also vacuumed and cleaned the car. Well done BMW of Mountain View!
X5 had a computer update issue causing cascade of warning lights. BMW Mountain view was able to assess and reprogram the vehicle. Kyle was very helpful.

Excellent service advisors. Communication has been good as they respond to messages in a timely manner. Availability of service loaners has generally been good. Lines can get to be a little long during peak drop off hours (AM).
