I brought in my 2025 X1 for an intermittent 'reduced driving assistance' issue that had been difficult to reproduce. My service advisor, Branden, and the technicians were incredibly thorough. They investigated every clue and followed all test plans to the letter, ensuring no stone was left unturned. I really appreciate their diligence and commitment to getting it right.
The work was well done, but 2 issues each deducting one star for: - The complementary car wash bent my front license plate 90 degrees - Technicians also forget to reset the car computer's maintenance timer, leading my car to still chirp the maintenance warning after pickup eventually costing me another trip back to you
