Great service . Very attentive advisor. This was my first time and I was impressed! Israel is a very kind and communicative person .
My car was due for registration renewal and required a SMOG test, which it failed. I sought help from multiple sources: BMW specialty shops, SMOG inspection stations and the internet. All of them pointed to "driving the OBD2 pattern" and eventually it would clear. After a month and 2K miles, I contacted the SMOG Referee who outlined a path requiring evaluation at a BMW dealership.
