Easy to communicate with representative, I dropped off my car for service and picked up a rental in less than 15 minutes, service was fast prompt with very pleasant people to assist.
Update: The dealership responded requesting that I contact AutoNation Customer Relations. I have provided the requested information and am awaiting their review and response. I will update this review once a resolution or outcome is provided. I don’t think I’ve ever had a genuinely good experience at the BMW Mountain View Service Department. Kevin Tran was our service advisor for BMW of Mountain View. He is the nicest and knowledgeable service representative I have ever dealt with. He knows everything about your BMW questions. All the folks there the salespeople ( Mr Wahler ) and the loaner team people that set you up with a car are all super helpful.
It was not as personable as previous service visits yesterday, but I still felt valued and service was top notch. Maintenance video with verbal confirmation of different areas reviewed under the car is excellent. They instill confidence for me in their work and recommendations. Highly recommend as a BMW dealer service shop!
