I bought BMW 328i 2014 from BMW mountain view, at that "Armen" is sales person who make me sign the deal. He is very friendly and nice person. He mostly thinks with respect to customer perceptive and gave valuable suggestions to me. Earlier service adviser Ramsen was there he is very customer friendly, good adviser and responsive. I have been a BMW customer for over 20 years. Of all the BMW dealerships that I've worked with BMW of Mountain View is by far the BEST! Note that there are BMW dealerships closer to my home; however, I STILL bring all of my BMWs to BMW of Mountain View. One of the key, positive differentiators is their representative Joe Wahler.
