If there’s something lower than 1 star, I would have given that to this dealership. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. I got a certified pre-owned X5 from them. It’s CERTIFIED so I was confident that the car was OK. I was wrong, because after a couple of weeks, I had the following problems…. 1) it rained and the compartment of the car got flooded. It was due to a clogged drain on the sunroof and a defective rubber seal. Computer box was drenched and had to be replaced big time. BIG HEADACHE. I called this deal... read more
Wendy and Marc did a great job for me through the buying process. Wendy and Mark were patient with me and answered all of my questions. Initially and then day-to-day, I interacted with Wendy the most. She was very pleasant and enjoyable to work with for the whole process. One of the best dealers I worked with. Great service from both Maximo the salesman and Omar the manager. Just honest and clean transaction without pressure tactics and great delivery. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
I had a great experience buying my X5 here. Maximo and Alex were very patient with me as I evaluated several different models. They were very low pressure and I ended up getting what I now believe is the perfect car for me. I also got a very good deal. I will definitely work with this team again when it’s time to pick my next preowned BMW.
