Incompetent and USELESS service department. Took my vehicle here using Geico mechanical breakdown insurance to take care of a front end noise. Despite clear and concise video showing the noise and how to reproduce it, they claimed to not be able to hear it. Nearly 3 weeks of having my vehicle, they claimed to have solved the front end noise, and not 5 minutes into taking the car home it reappears, and it’s worse than ever.
