The staff were superb and accommodative throughout the car purchase process. Efficient and easy to work with. Big thanks to our salesperson, Alex, but all staff were excellent.
I rarely post reviews but I just had to due my experience with their sales team associate. If anyone is interested in a car, speak to Andre Amorin. My man is chill- honest & easy to get a hold of if I had any other questions. I don't like being pushed into buying a car. He made it easy. In the end- I ended up with a X5M Competition. All the pluses & minuses I had in regards to leasing & or buying- he answered. Great experience with Andrew and Mark
Recently got an oil change done on my M3 and they didn’t even add windshield wiper fluid. So my thing is if you can’t do a simple task like that then what else are they forgetting? Also I went in because I had an air leak in my tire, they told me it would take a day to look at. So if you have any emergencies with tires which are the most important part to your car, I’d stay far away from this dealership.
Maximo was an amazing salesman and made my BMW purchase a fantastic experience from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
