Great and quick service. Mike went above and beyond by checking in on us and keeping us informed.
My only contact with BMW Montgomery was through Michael the service writer. This man walked me through every step of maintenance with professionalism and respect. It doesn't seem worthy of 5 stars on the surface, but we both had to deal with a highly flawed extended warranty company who will get the longest and lowest review that I have ever given ANY company. Michael, thanks again; your professionalism and transparency made the entire evolution bearable. Thank again bro!
