Great customer service. Very friendly staff that explains everything being done to my vehicle. Great communication!
Terrible, very unpleasant staff. Promised the car in 2 hours and it took 4 hours. Promised a free car wash. The car was returned dirtier than I dropped it off. I won’t be returning either of my BMWs for service again.
Rocky was awesome in helping me out with my BMW, it’s been serval times I’ve had my car served with Rocky and BMW Monrovia, and Rocky never fails to give great service and always welcoming, and car always comes back feeling great! Thanks Rocky!!
