My 440i window and convertible top was inoperative due to a burnt-out motor. The problem was hard to detect but the mechanic and service agent, Matthew Clark, were diligent to discover the problem. They also honored a past due 33% discount. I believe that Matthew went above and beyond to deal with my issue. Took my car in for repairs as a result of a botched job from a German automotive repair shop in Glendora. Rocky was assigned as my service advisor and he was phenomenal from the start. Knowledgeable, honest, empathetic, and caring are just a few words I would use to describe him.
