While driving home after a routine service, I noticed a 3-inch grease stain on the leather console. I called Jeff Kotnour; he asked me to come back. After a service technician tried to get the stain out, Jeff looked at the console and said he wasn't satisfied with the result, and would order a new console. Wow. What superb customer service! Jeff is knowledgeable, professional and personable. He went above and beyond for me. He has made me a loyal BMW customer.
