Doesn’t pick up the phone after calling numerous times, you go there and there’s two people sitting there not doing anything. You call to see if the part is in cause you can’t ship to an address, no one picks up still. You try to call Service and they call down but they are also told Parts is busy… Crush’n lots of candy down there?
Parts department sucks. Please if you value your money do not shop at this location.
Consistently unhelpful and rude. Never answers the phone when you call and not willing to help find the part you need.
