I had an extremely pleasant experience with the service BMW team! They were super helpful and addressed all of my concerns
The service at BMW of Lafayette is excellent! Had my car in for a rattle noise and it was taken care of and resolved. We own (2) BMWs and Steve in the Service Department has always taken care of our service needs and is excellent to work with!
