October 2, 2025: Excellent service. I took my BMW 328 in for service because I had it in storage for over 10 months, and I was receiving backfire when driving. BMW North Houston took care of the issue with ease, and now it’s driving like new. My service advisor, Mr. Jason Mendoza is my go to person whenever I need to schedule any service. Justin did an awesome job when my i7 was in for service. He took his time with me in taking all the information about the problem. He then made sure I had a ride home and even sent an Uber to bring me back and pick up the car. That’s why I own BMWs. Excellent service!!!
