Went in for oil change. Andrew was perfect. Pleasurable experience.
I absolutely love BMW Greensboro, the service is hands down Red carpet roll out. They video your vehicle and allows you to see what may be right or wrong. I had a choice of getting it repaired today or later. Andrew is a wonderful representative for BMW. He should do commercials. I love that after my oil change my vehicle was washed and cleaned inside. Andrew is always easy to contact about questions or concerns. I love the service I receive.
