I had great experience at the BMW of Freehold Service department. Particularly, I would like to mention Service Manager Gregory Itkin, who personably overlooked maintenance of my X5. He has displayed high level of professionalism and paid undivided attention to my needs. He has communicated with me throughout duration of the service and kept me updated. I am very satisfied with his level of professional leadership and managerial skills. Highly recommended!

I serviced one of my BMWs on 8/31, and the experience was smooth and easy. Justine was fantastic at setting up the appointment, and when I arrived, she patiently listened to the issues I was having with my vehicle. She was very polite and attentive throughout. Dave showed me to my loaner vehicle, which was spotless.
