I had great experience while doing my service at Freehold BMW. I worked with Justine Ammiano and she provided me excellent assistance and she went out of the way to ensure she provides me top of the line support!
Want to give a shout out to Doug. At no fault of his own I’ve had issues with my car , under extended warranty and he’s gone to bat for me every time to get it covered and fixed . Guy goes above and beyond and actually cares about the customer. I rarely leave reviews but I have to give credit where it’s due. The guy fixes problems he doesn’t just robotically talk to you from some bmw script. GET THIS MAN A PROMOTION HELL RUN CIRCLES!
Doug, Dave, and Mohammad, are always the best. Definitely recommend them, ask for them. Always keep my car in the best condition possible.
Justine A. is the best. Helped me out with some promotional pricing on my repairs and got me out in under two hours! Not to mention a exterior car wash :-)
