Extremely unprofessional and rude. Service Desk needed 15 minutes to watch car wrecks on YouTube, get a coffee and help 2 customers by phone before I had to come back up to the desk and ask for help for the third time all while he looked at me. All I needed was a battery which should have taken 5 minutes. Turned into a 30 minute trip.
