Came in for 2 recalls. Eddie was my advisor, he was through and explained everything. He set up a loaner and even made an appointment for me with Steve (BMW genius). I had not purchased a vehicle in 10 years. Technology certainly has advance and I needed assistance. I am very please with the people and facilities.

Excellent service took me in promptly for service. Explained everything they would be performing. Offered a fantastic value on the oil change maintenance plan which I did purchase but will be doubling the intervals as I think it’s crazy to change oil every 8-10k miles on an M5 I don’t care if it is Synthetic. Will be back soon to do transfer case and diff. Would highly recommended, very communicative and gave back me a clean car.
