Getting to the service center was a breeze. Their processes were well-organized, and my service representative was incredibly helpful! I regret not remembering his name because I would have given him a perfect score. However, I can only give the overall experience a 4 out of 5 because the check-out desk staff was unfriendly.

Brought my 2018 BMW X2 here for a turn signal malfunction. I opted to pay $160 for a bulb replacement rather than their exorbitant $250 diagnostic fee. When I picked up the vehicle, the turn signal was still rapidly hyper-flashing and completely non-functional. Upon inspecting my receipt, the technician explicitly wrote on Line A: "Noted socket hole burned out." The only reason i give it 4 stars and not 5 stars is im trying to figure out why my car needed to be driven 172 miles for an AC repair
