Great dealership. Car was fixed properly and they actually have a car wash that works!
Besides Top Notch technicians what matters to me is my service representative who is Elena and never fails to impress. I have a relatively new car so she also took the time to go over some of the features with me which I really appreciated.
It was a regular service. Balascz was my advisor and he did an excellent job. Service completed very timely and it was an excellent experience. BMW of Fairfax is a favorite of mine.
Disappointed. Went in for oil change. When I left the dealership my service light reminder is on I turned around and they reset the service reminder. Secondly, when I arrived at home I checked my oil, however my car could not read the oil level. Went back to the dealership they informed me that I would have to pay $255 for a diagnostic. I’m confused I went in for an oil change where you could read my oil, received oil change now I can not read my oil. I will never use BMW Fairfax or work with Laszlo.
SCAM ALERT :Felt targeted as a woman! I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from your service department and feel compelled to share my experience. I originally brought my BMW in for two very straightforward concerns: my vehicle displayed a message indicating that it needed 1 quart of oil, and I wanted to know which tire pressure sensor battery was faulty.
