Taking forever. Took my car in mid-July for a suspension job and some body work. Gave me an ETA for mid-September, then late September. Claimed to have found further damages, gave me another ETA for early October. It is 10/26/2021 and I still don't have my car. Worst of all, the follow up is terrible. Whenever I call in, the advisor at the Collision Center is always "busy" or "away from their desk" or "helping another customer."
