Took my vehicle in for 60000 mile service and asked that they check on a small issue I was having with the CD player. The CD player worked fine but there was a slight issue with the player reading cd's from time to time. When we got the car back, we received a "No Magazine" error (which I'd never seen in the year that I'd owned the car) and the magazine would now not even eject. Broke a part in my car, admitted it, and then told me they would fix it - at my expense. Unbelievably horrible customer service. Will take my business elsewhere.
