I brought my car in to get a part replaced as part of a recall. I had a coupon for a carwash too that they said they could redeem. When I brought my car in, the soft leather areas on each door didn't have any issues. After I got my car back, they were peeling off the doors. I brought this up and my advisor told me they didn't clean the inside of the car, which was a lie because the inside had definitely been vacuumed. They say the best thing about a BMW is the way they drive. My wife wanted a 7 series and I had reservations on the expense of driving one. Let me tell you, they are not as expensive as one may think, but what really makes them great is Eric Hall at the service center. He works as my wife's service advisor and what makes him great is that I don't need to get involved with this car.
