Great experience diagnosing car problem on 3 week road trip away from home. They got me in and out in a half day and maintained trip schedule.
My first awful experience with this dealership. A manger refused to meet with me over a cracked wheel after they installed four new tires! So very disappointed! They also denied that a wheel could crack due to an improper installation! In addition more quality from them. Let's not put the valve stems on as well! 🥵

Have been there multiple times to get my bmw m850i serviced, every time I go with Sam Ibarra, it’s always an unpleasant experience. He absolutely lacks professionalism and his demeanor does not align with the luxurious experience bmw represents. I don’t usually write reviews, but this has happened every time with him and think it needs to be addressed through his management.
Your mechanics left a pry tool behind my brakes after they serviced them on 14 November 2025. I heard rattling while driving my vehicle stopped to figure out what it was and discovered the pry tool behind my discs dust cover. This is incredibly dangerous.
