I am disgusted, disappointed, and teed off as a result of the recent inability to speak with someone from BMW Devon's service department. Three messages have been left for a call back. It was one time through customer service who called to reschedule and two times directly to Devon Service to have my service representative contact me back. To see if others have had the same experience, I should post this in Google comments as well as Yelp and other information sites.
