Devin in Service is the go to guy! I actually own 5 BMW's and send everything to him. Alot of my friends who has had bad experience at BMW dealer all now goes to him also and couldn't be happier.
Went in for brake fluid change. Tech quoted 2 hours. 3 hours go by and I finally ask a technician if the service was done. Apparently it had been done for some time.
