You have to schedule service through a call center. I had an emergency with my breaks and literally was afraid to drive. The scheduling service couldn’t get me an emergency appointment until 10 days out. TEN DAYS. On top of that they couldn’t get me a rental car while my car was being serviced. Am I supposed to camp out in the dealership? Took my business elsewhere to a foreign car service who got me in immediately and gave me a loaner at no additional cost. Shame on BMW.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent service experience at your dealership. I selected BMW because of its reputation for exceptional vehicles and customer care, yet my experience has been far from the standard expected of a luxury brand. My vehicle was in your service department for nearly a month. Upon pick-up, the car had not been washed something that is normally a basic courtesy after extended service. We recently faced an emergency, by encountering a complete blow out on one of our Run Flat tires. Our destination was on the East Coast. Given it occurred on a Sunday, we had to leave it for Monday morning service. The team there was extremely helpful and courteous, even without an appointment, they had us out the door in 2 1/2 hours. They were kind and helpful and we appreciate their customer service. Highly recommend BMW of Dayton!!
