A few weeks ago we reached out about one of the used vehicles they had for sale. Our experience from the start was seamless. Mr. James, our salesman was professional and uplifting. When we arrived to test drive the car all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. We ended up buying exactly what we went to see and couldn't have had a better experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER!! I have purchased many vehicles in my life. A month after purchasing my 2016 BMW 328i had to replace the thermostat. Then when i went to register my vehicle in Maryland none of the cars paperwork was in the system, causing me to ride around on expired temp tags. This dealership doesn't know how out of states purchases work, was told that they where waiting on my inspection when that has nothing to do with the information being uploaded to the system so I ca... read more
Had a positive sales and service experience here on multiple occasions. Service staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Sales team treats you with respect. Fantastic dealer I’ll be using for all my BMW needs. Osa is a great service advisor and getting a really complicated repair done in my BMW was super easy and smooth.
