I have waited to write this review because I wanted better from BMW Denver. I have a 2203 325 I. I love this car, I know its old as dirt but I was hopeful BMW Denver could keep it going. I was told that the engine in this model was great and given the suggestion of work that it needed and a verbal assurance that i should be on the road for a few more years. $8000 dollars later one of the suggestions actually caused my oil to burn faster. To BMW North America Headquarters, I’m writing to address the Manage behavior over the BMW use Car Lot in Farmington Hill, MI 48335. 4 stars for the attentiveness and service provided by the salesperson during the purchase process. We enjoyed working with him while buying the car. However, the experience changed completely after the sale — 1 star (if not 0) for the follow-up. We reached out with several questions after the purchase and received only one brief response stating he would get back to us. He never did. Since then, we’ve been completely ignored. I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by how I was treated—especially as a veteran who recently returned from deployment. BMW of Tuscaloosa failed to provide basic customer care, professionalism, and accountability. I would strongly caution anyone, especially fellow veterans, before trusting this dealership’s service department.
