LIES!! We have a 2025 and they are the absolute worst ever! Infuriating and they even trashed the trunk and broke the rear “shade” and had to mail us one to install ourselves. They insist we didn’t spend thousands there for our service which is bumper to bumper - even wipers- they think they work someplace else because it is not BMW. 3rd BMW and NEVER GOING BACK only to be treated like trash! Disgusting treatment!!
Been a loyal customer for years, but something changed in 2024 — new service manager or staff maybe. The quality of service has completely gone downhill. Unprofessional, disorganized, and no longer trustworthy. Disappointed and won't be returning.
The General Manager Randy Stine is the rudest, most unprofessional GM. I brought my X5 plug in hybrid to the service center for an ac repair that should have been covered under my extended warranty. Instead Randy refused to allow the mechanics to perform a proper investigation into the issues in my car and deemed the ac issue as my fault so it would not be covered under my warranty.
