Excellent service as usual by my Service Advisor. Great experience for a number of years from Omar Reyes who was deserving of promotion to Sales. Prompt and courteous service also from David Tyson. Their Service Manager and Service Supervisor were nowhere to be found, tried 4 times last week and two times today and it wasn't the first time in trying to get through to David Tyson again, to see if the rain last week was a problem because Seabrook warnings were also in effect at BMW before I drive all that way! If you are a female- do not buy or get service at this location! The guys that work in service are all sexist and will ignore you, walk past you in line and check in three people behind you (all men of course)- and yes, I had an appointment! The men are sexist and purposely go out of order to help “the guys” and ignore the women (7 cars in the check in bay with me being #2 and the only woman). I trust the mechanics here far more than the ones at the downtown location. My car had overheated for a few seconds because a hose had broken. So because of distance to where I live I got it towed to the dealership downtown and after diagnostics they told me the car needed a new engine ($25000 +) and if I traded it in it wouldn't be worth much of anything ($4000) so I had it towed to the clearlake location for a second opinion. $3900 and the car is still on the road 3 years later. This is with respect to the service department. Service has been subpar with regards to communication for sometime. I have been trying to reach a service advisor for 3 days and no phone calls have been returned. Brought my car here for service quite often and even during diagnostics and repairs, it is difficult to receive timely updates.
