I purchased my vehicle from this location in May 2023. I brought the vehicle in for an oil change and break fluid replacement in November 2023. I also asked for the service team to investigate two issues which had been present since I bought the vehicle (blown out/poor audio speaker and nonstop creaking noise coming from the sunroof). I was charged two separate $175 diagnostic fees to investigate each of those, and neither one was resolved. Arthur Joyce was terrific. He kept me up to date via text and phone calls on all matters concerning my service and contacted me immediately when a tech noticed a bulge in one of my tires during a rotation service.
