I went in for an oil change, waited over three hours, and when I picked up the car, I saw that all the service messages were still there. I have never experienced such shitty service in my entire life.
Quick service, friendly people. Straight forward.
Worst service I ever received. Should have stayed with Mercedes Bens. Don’t buy Bwm.. service is poor and parts service is poor as well.
The staff was friendly and provided the correct parts without any waiting time.
