Disappointed with Service and Lack of Accountability at BMW of Brooklyn If you use this dealership, inspect your vehicle carefully before leaving, their policy seems to be that any damage not caught on the spot will be denied and dismissed.I left my vehicle at BMW of Brooklyn for a week of service. ???If you want to be a fool - come here.Lazy advisors! Dont care about your time. Appointment means nothing, over 3 hours - oil change engine, air filter, vehicle check. Ridiculous!They just want money out of pocket!Engine air filter replacement ***** labor? I spent 45 seconds to check replaced or not.140$ for 2 min job? By far the worst dealer ship I Have come across took my car in for service and shame on me for going back again.. rental car was a issue asking them to COMMUNICATE WITH YOU IS quite to much , ***** and **** Its sad you both seemed like stand up guys.. unfortunately bmw of brooklyn Either Profiles certain customers or gives NO care to customers coming in for service .
