Terrible service. 50 minutes and counting waiting for scheduled service intake.
I’ve had my vehicle serviced at BMW of Bridgeport Service Center on two separate occasions for routine maintenance, and both experiences were outstanding. Kelsey Martinez, Assistant Service Manager, was fantastic each time. She is warm, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly efficient in getting my car in for service. I recently had the pleasure of visiting BMW of Bridgeport Service, and the experience was outstanding. I called my Service Advisor, Anthony Horan, about a brake warning on my SUV dashboard. He asked if I needed a tow or wanted to drive it into their facility. I felt I could safely dive there. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly staff.
