I recently had the pleasure of visiting BMW of Bridgeport Service, and the experience was outstanding. I called my Service Advisor, Anthony Horan, about a brake warning on my SUV dashboard. He asked if I needed a tow or wanted to drive it into their facility. I felt I could safely dive there. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have been bringing my vehicles to BMW of Bridgeport for nearly a decade, and every experience has been exceptional. Today, I brought in my 5 Series for service, and once again, the team exceeded my expectations. My service advisor also an Assistant Service Manager, Christopher Hopf, went above and beyond to help me. Christopher took the time to thoroughly explain my service needs and helped me navigate the most cost-effective solutions. A well-deserved 10/10—highly recommend!
I have owned several Mercedes and been to dealerships in several different states for parts services etc.u recently purchased a BMW and traveled for the holidays to and my battery died so the only way in my car was to purchase a valet key or insert key.the nearest one was here I called and the parts guy Matt was very rude even made racist slurs and very offensive and very discouraging to be treated like that ounce I get my key I pray I have to never go to that location for any type of service unless something is done about t... read more
