I told the service representative what I wanted done to my car which was tire balance and Alianmeant lt took them 2 hours then I had to ask for my car they said they was waiting for me to tell them what I wanted done but no one asked me so my car was just sitting there which made me late for an appointment also there was three things on my instrument panel that they didn’t address and they told me I had 1600.00 worth of service so I was very disappointed with the service
