I went in to the parts department at this dealership with my guard up and expecting a headache to buy parts for my out-of-warranty X3. On the contrary, I had a very pleasant experience. Told them my husband was going to service the car himself and they didn't give me any grief or pushback at all. The staff at BMW were very straightforward and punctual. I dealt with Elliott and he was upfront about the wait to get my car in the shop, and still managed to be swift with my service. They give you a ride as well which was helpful because I needed to get to work. All the staff I dealt with on the phone or in person were professional and helpful.

The newly appointed Service Manager, Justin Sutton, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, courteous and prompt. I highly recommend BMW for service no matter what brand of vehicle you drive. I am highly impressed and appreciative.

I’ll give them an extra star because they charged me half of what I was originally quoted. But they failed to diagnose any of the issues I took it in for. Overall not impressed and won’t be taking my vehicle back.
