The staff at BMW were very straightforward and punctual. I dealt with Elliott and he was upfront about the wait to get my car in the shop, and still managed to be swift with my service. They give you a ride as well which was helpful because I needed to get to work. All the staff I dealt with on the phone or in person were professional and helpful.
The newly appointed Service Manager, Justin Sutton, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, courteous and prompt. I highly recommend BMW for service no matter what brand of vehicle you drive. I am highly impressed and appreciative.
I’ll give them an extra star because they charged me half of what I was originally quoted. But they failed to diagnose any of the issues I took it in for. Overall not impressed and won’t be taking my vehicle back.
