Thank you for your reply. Tony the new manager at bmw of bayside service dept was supposed to call me to let me know when my car would be ready or if there would be any action taken towards Peter ha. Never got no phone call . I hate to say it by like I said the whole management of that place is a joke or they do t value they’re customers, after my car is done being fixed I would never suggest or refer anyone for bmw of bayside. Wow it’s amazing how nice you try to be with your reviews you destroyed my car it broke down on the way back to queens I will be taking this to the media what terrible experience please people avoid this place
