Service advisor took my car for over two weeks with "0" communications. Called and leave messages at least three times try to find out the status.....no reply. Kept calling to found out the car was done repair almost a week ago, but no one inform me to pick up the car. Been a customer for more than 20 years, I can said the dealership used to be very good. What a shame how BMW turn into now!
I highly recommend this location. They were able to schedule me right away and handled my issue efficiently. Josh in service is the BEST!
This was probably the worst BMW service I've ever had across the U.S. The service advisor was nice, but the technician's work was horrible. First, they didn't do anything I requested, and in addition, they performed other services that I did not expect. Second, when I picked up the car, the trunk was open, even though the service had nothing to do with the trunk. I think their team doesn't have much experience with the i8.
Car has been in there over a week and have not been updated on status. Call service no one answers the phone. I really don’t this place is managed well or has skilled technicians. Car has been back for same problems they fixed before. Not the kinda service we’re used to with other BMW dealers. If I could zero stars I would.
