I believe I am a loyal customer of BMW. My current 2021 X5 is the third BMW I have owned in over a decade. But my recent repair experience at Atlantic City BMW has left me deeply disappointed. My car was purchased in Canada, and last week during my trip to the United States, the engine coolant sounded an alarm. So I sent the car to Atlantic City BMW for repairs, and they replaced the water pump. 0 Star would make more sense. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I booked my appointment days ahead. I drove an hour to my appointment. I arrive for my appointment on time and wait for an hour till they finally take my car in for service. 10 minutes later technician comes to me to tell me we don’t have your filter in stock. My first thought is how did the person booking the appointment not do her due diligence to make sure the parts were in for my appointment. Expected a lot more for services costing 400+ dollars.. dropped my car off at 7:30am and communication was promised and it was not provided. Outreaches were made without response. I also never received a “video” of my car as informed. I was done almost done work and at 3:30p still had not touched my car. We also coordinated them not to rotate the tires due to several needing to be replaced and wanting to know where the good ones were… they attempted to do so anyway. Service advisor took my car for over two weeks with "0" communications. Called and leave messages at least three times try to find out the status.....no reply. Kept calling to found out the car was done repair almost a week ago, but no one inform me to pick up the car. Been a customer for more than 20 years, I can said the dealership used to be very good. What a shame how BMW turn into now!
