They keep sending me coupons for oil changes saying BMW CERTIFIED oil and filter but its actually Recycled bulk oil which comes in a truck. It damaged my engine and will never recommend anyone to this dealership where you cannot see what they are doing. I have seen them pumping oil from a truck and usually the BMW oil comes in "1 Quart cans. I would rather do my oil changes at and independent shop where we can buy our own oil and filter and pay them $20 and still cheaper and safer.
