Idk what’s going on with their tires, but don’t get them here. I’d give pause on any service done at this location, but definitely pass on tires. We leased a 2020 X3 and had to replace tires 3 times. We only had it 45,000 miles. We found a good trade there on a used Hyundai Palisade and they put 4 new tires on it. Tires on that vehicle should last 40-50k, but we only got 20k on those tires. Absolutely Zero Stars if the scale would go below zero I would........ On Wednesday, October 21st. My Mini Cooper's AC stopped blowing. So I created an appointment for Friday, October 23rd at 8am in the morning. Upon creating my appointment I stated that I wanted to have a general diagnostic done on my vehicle so that I could find out the issue as well as potentially compare costs to do a trade in. Just had my alignment done at BMW of Arlington and had a really good experience with Reesh in service. He was helpful, professional, easy to work with, and made sure everything was taken care of without making the process complicated. I really appreciate good customer service, and Reesh definitely delivered. I’ll absolutely ask for him again next time I need service.
I have a 2022 bmw under 60k miles (new car) this first time I ever came here (2024) they told me my car was in perfect condition since then I’ve had visit after visit problem after problem after reading other reviews on here at this point it’s them causing these problems to keep me Comin back in here huge scam for sure I won’t be returning and they treat you rude while scamming you DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE
