About 8 months ago I went in for a tire replacement in which I have coverage with my plan. Simple right…. no while checking out I was told my balance was $100 plus dollars. I asked why because it should have been covered. I was told the tire was covered but there were other charges. After speaking with my out of state salesman, I was told there should not have been a charge it was covered. 6:53 Feras •ol 5G+ I brought my 2015 BMW X5 to BMW of Arlington for what should have been a simple oil change. 2 days later, I went to pick up my car and drove home - about a 10-minute drive. The lack of communication from the service advisor is beyond me! To have to constantly call/text for an update on my vehicle is ridiculous, then when you call the main line the receptionist can only pass you back to the unresponsive service advisor. Then you still never receive an update this is my first time at this dealership and I can say I will be driving further out next time for better customer service.

While I don’t often leave Google reviews, I owe a huge thank you to Mateo and Chad in the Service Center for taking great care of me. In coordination with the technician, they provided an excellent walkthrough of my car while keeping me updated at all times during the VERY busy day. I have taken my previous BMW cars to other dealerships for routine maintenance in the past, but will stick with BMW Arlington from here on out if this is the service I can expect! Again, big thank you to Mateo and Chad!
