I ordered some parts online and they were incorrect. They had me order the correct parts and send the old parts back. They have not given me my money back for the return which they screwed up. So now I have paid double shipping and double for the parts. They will not answer my emails or voicemails. Terrible customer service
I purchased a set of new BMW M Performance wheels and the experience has been a complete nightmare from the start. Shipping was extremely slow, and when the wheels finally arrived weeks later, two out of four were damaged due to improper packaging. Instead of resolving the issue, the company is trying to pass the blame to UPS and refuses to send a replacement or refund me until they work things out with the shipping carrier. These guys deserve to be out of business. I wish I had the authorities I would take them out of business. Lazy craps. Can’t get my parts shipped as if they feed my family
Ok so this might seem trivial, because it is, after all, a parts department. But... it's a little hard to find because it's across an alley from the dealership and service drive. Then you get in there and it's dirty and kind of dingy. They obviously don't expect their regular clientele to be buying their own parts. Also, other BMW parts depts I have been to have a "pro shop" attached, where you can pick up cool apparel, swag and accessories for your car. They had none of that.
