They keep sending me coupons for oil changes saying BMW CERTIFIED oil and filter but its actually Recycled bulk oil which comes in a truck. It damaged my engine and will never recommend anyone to this dealership where you cannot see what they are doing. I would rather do my oil changes at and independent shop where we can buy our own oil and filter and pay them $20 and still cheaper and safer.

I ordered some parts online and they were incorrect. They had me order the correct parts and send the old parts back. They have not given me my money back for the return which they screwed up. So now I have paid double shipping and double for the parts. They will not answer my emails or voicemails. Terrible customer service
I purchased a set of new BMW M Performance wheels and the experience has been a complete nightmare from the start. Shipping was extremely slow, and when the wheels finally arrived weeks later, two out of four were damaged due to improper packaging. Instead of resolving the issue, the company is trying to pass the blame to UPS and refuses to send a replacement or refund me until they work things out with the shipping carrier.
