Great experience at BMW Collision Center getting a new windshield on a new X5 (darn Mack truck and rocks)! Easy to make the appointment when I needed it and they were done when they said they would which was a great relief. The reps I spoke to were really helpful especially in finding a discount that I could apply. Definitely recommend and would use again (but hopefully I won’t need it).
While I hated having to spend the money on repairs, the BMW staff made it bearable. They were professional, friendly and ensured all repair work was explained. It took a little longer than I had hoped but the end results were stupendous!!! I feel like I had q new car!! THANK YOU!!
