There isn't much good that comes out of being rear-ended, but I have to say, BMW Collision (and especially Sarah) was an absolute shining light in the whole process. Sarah was friendly, kind, and communicated at all the important moments, keeping me in the loop with the status of the repairs, progress on ordering parts, and updates from the other driver's insurance.
