Just picked my BMW M8 Competition Gran Coup from BMW of Annapolis Collision Center after they repaired damage done to the passenger doors in a parking lot. I had a dreadful experience with this facility. I got a ridiculous quote from Dyllan, of over $2,500 for about 4 minor paint chips on my vehicle in different body locations. I agreed to get it done, paying out of pocket. I got my rental car and dropped my BMW off with these ppl in the afternoon. The next morning, I wake up to an email telling me the estimate price has now increased over $400 more, simply stating that there were 2 parts on the door that needs to be replaced. My experience here is always pleasant, timely and very professional My service rep was Sarah she constantly communicated with me throughout the process. Sarah and team did an amazing job fixing my vehicle and I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.
