Bought a BMW here that was ordered to this dealership. Not even three years after having it with 60,000 miles on it they’re telling me I have a bad engine - replacement priced at $32k, but they can’t tell me what makes it “bad”, without me spending THOUSANDS on a diagnosis. (It sounds terrible was the excuse for a bad engine diagnosis). I then got charged $275 all for them to tell me it sounds bad? Terrible customer service to be frank.
