Horrible service caller sounds like a robot and they dont do same day safety recalls. We have to drive over an hour out of the way. No way we want a courtesy vehicle and all the liability that comes with that. Its a starter. Its not my fault you make no money off of your horribly designed AND engineered cars.

I just received 5 star service for this dealership! I needed my first service on my new BMW and I also put in a warranty claim for a new transmission selector as the first one had a rough sharp edge on it. I was concerned that taking apart a new car's console would cause rattles. I am thrilled that the repair was perfect and no rattles. I was given a new electric i4 as a loaner and it was awesome to experience driving that car.
