I prefer when this Dealership was Daniels BMW the customer Service was a lot better from the Service Department..Hopefully the New Owners Sloane will learn to adapt the exceptional service that Daniels BMW provided…if not I may have to upgrade my BMW to Lexus

I cannot say enough, good things about Beth at BMW if Allentown. She made what can often be a stressful experience, incredibly easy and pleasant. She listened carefully to my needs, helped me find the perfect vehicle, and was transparent and professional, every step of the way. Her knowledge, responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about her customers ask for Beth, she’s the best.!
