I waited about 20 minutes past my appointment time, likely because I hadn’t selected a service advisor. Esmirna came out and helped me with my service appointment, and she completely turned my experience around. She explained everything clearly and efficiently, went above and beyond, and was genuinely pleasant to talk with. Thanks to her, I forgot all about the initial wait. I’ll definitely be asking for Esmirna for my future service appointments.
worst place i have ever experienced.i had to drive over an hour to get here.i went and made 2 appointments to borrow another car to go back home.but both times they said i cant borrow a car today.so bad.a scam place
