Very throughly and do not try to upsell you on repairs. I strongly recommend them.
I am very disappointed in the customer service at BMW of Albany. They consistently do not have front desk help to answer the telephone. My car was in need of having a tire changed since it does not have a place for a spare tire. When I called to get an update and to pick up a loaner I was told no car was available after customer support informed me in a text that arrangements were made.
