Steve is fantastic to work with, very transparent as others have mentioned, friendly, and works fast! Definitely reccomend.
Do not waste your time. Go to the dealership and be glad I saved you a little more money because I sure as hell didn't. Wasted 7k and had to get a real tech to a real place called the dealership and have them fix everything this guy touched. In the end. I wasted in total of 12k after this whole headache. Also, this pos knows well he owes me a lot of hardware because a lot of it went missing after being in his hands. (Previous review from a couple of years ago got deleted)

Was recommended to go through this shop and Steve through car shield .. Steve was transparent , quick and efficient definitely earned a new returning customer for my 2017 430i gran coupe
I Had the worst experience you can imagine. He had my car for months and kept dragging me along. I should have went with my gut because I thought he was on some kind of substance when I first meet him. Then his shop/home catches fire and my vehicle was totally destroyed. I ask if I’m covered by his insurance and he loses his mind and verbally assaulted me for simply asking, then ghost me completely! I’m now in the process of a civil suit.
