I own a '13 S1000RR, I do all my own work but I use OEM parts. Multiple bad experiences here over the years. Rude staff, parts orders getting botched, and a general difficulty getting a hold of anyone if you ever have issues. Poor business ethic and abismal communication.
I went to look at a "new" 2021 BMW R18 Classic that is 4 years old. MSRP is $21,999, 6 months ago, it was $18,999, and now it is $15,000. I asked for a sales contract to get a quote in writing from the salesman Sam. This quote was delivered to me by Mike, the sales manager who presented it to me, showing a $3,000 deposit and a monthly payment, which I didn't ask for.
