When I purchased my BMW here I was lied to about my loan and price of my vehicle. The sales manager an Asian man is a con artist. He told me I was in a deal which would give me the choice to apply $10k to a trade-in or back to my loan. When I tried to pay it off the financial team had no idea what I was talking about. I purchased a motorcycle in August, and as of today, I still don't have my license plate. They initially provided two temporary tags, with the last one expiring 10 days ago. For the first two months, they were completely unresponsive, and since then, the staff handling my case has either left or been dismissed. Now, they are finally responding, but the situation remains unchanged. It’s been months with no resolution, and I've never experienced anything like this. Very disappointing customer service.
Aaron is the BEST. The guy just wants to be helpful, which was really refreshing! Rick and Shiane were great too! They all worked together to make it happen when things weren’t adding up. They went out of their way to help me ride out of there on my dream bike! 10/10 would recommend working with them!!
