I drove down from Santa Barbara. Couldn't find anyone to help. They act as if they simply cannot be bothered. I also contacted them online via their website prior to this regarding a replacement clutch lever. I've yet to hear back. Piss poor service. I expect much more from somebody who's owned many BMW motorcycles. Disappointing to say the least.
I bought my F900xr at little dealer north of San Francisco… two years of riding, mostly in Bay Area and many visits to most Bay Area dealers… nobody knew, or took the time to teach me basic tech pairings to my bike, iPhone, and helmet… on long ride to Palm Springs area I stopped at this dealer to see if I could pay someone to teach me tech skills… David Alcorn refused my generous tip and taught me important tips in 12 mins nobody else seems to know or care about… I will only buy my future BMW’s from this dealership… bravo to... read more
I bought a brand new 2022 BMW 1250gs from this dealer. At around 4000 miles I started to notice a very vibration throughout the bike. After few weeks I got a call from Red that the master tech has found that Its your rear licence plate frame plus the after market lights and also might be the after market seat that are causing the vibration. I was told they will charge $250 to remove the licence plate frame and lights. I drove to the dealer and took the frame and lights off that took about 5 minutes. They had NO riding apparel at all in stock, just 3 pairs of ladies pants and rather unfriendly help. Felt like I wasn't in their cool club. I guess they don't teach sales people how to make customers feel welcome.
