I bought a used Yamaha V-Star from BMW Motorcycles of Ventura County as a remote buyer, and the experience was excellent. Dagan sent a clear walk-around video, gave me an itemized OTD with only tax/DMV, and the bike shipped quickly and arrived exactly as described. When I followed up on the final paperwork, he responded right away and sent the shipping label. Professional, transparent, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I went in looking for a R12 realized I didn’t feel great on it during the test drive. After I talked with the salesman and he recommended trying the G/S that want in yet. He called me an hour later saying they just unloaded it. I went back and that was the bike that worked for me. Very happy with the no haggling no hassle no pressure sales. Only waiting on accessories to be available so I can finish the bike.
