I have dealt with a ton of motorcycle shops and I have to say my experience with BMW Ventura County was exceptional. Perfect communication, outstanding service in both sales and service. Extremely knowledgeable on parts and accessories and 0 pressure but very helpful all around. I was away from BMW bikes for years and with a new bike and this experience I honestly regret not having a BMW the past few years.

I had a disappointing experience with BMW Motorcycles of Ventura County in Newbury Park. Due to a recommendation, I purchased a used motorcycle there, but the pre-purchase inspection and later service visit missed several basic safety issues, including tires dated 2015 (about 10 years old), severely worn brake pads, a bent shift linkage, and an incredible amount of rust throughout—which I only discovered after riding it over 2,000 miles.
